I purchased this and was disappointed that it did not come with the Janome .jef file so it was useless.

Hi, Ruth. I'm Heather with the customer service team at Embroidery.com. Kirsten is absolutely right. I was able to easily add the JEF format to this design. You can now download it at any time by going to the My Designs page at any time. I'm sorry that format was missing initially.

The design looks like it could be Jef compatible though. In a case like this, you can go directly to Embroidery.com customer service and see if they can get the format you need. Usually, they can!
