If you purchase a design or design pack from Embroidery.com and within ten days of your purchase discover a lower price elsewhere, simply contact Embroidery.com and we'll be glad to beat the price by 5% and refund the difference! (Note: Designs must be the exact same designs by the same design vendor.)
2. If you purchase designs from Embroidery.com and those same designs happen to go on sale within ten days of your purchase, please contact Embroidery.com and we will be happy to retroactively apply the sale price* and refund the difference.
