This football keyfob is made similar to an applique design. Football vinyl is a great option for this keyfob, but football vinyl is a heavier vinyl. Marine vinyl is another good option. A PDF file is enclosed to give step by step directions on how to make this. This does use KAM snaps, but included are directions for just using a key ring without KAM snaps.
