I purchased the North America 1981-2012 probably 6 years ago and when I tried to download another design I signed in with a different email. I am trying to increase a design from that packet to double and the design but is not working well. It has lines that are incomplete or go way outside of the design it self. I do not remember what I signed in as years ago. I am looking at the Mount Timpanogos Temple but am having issues with it. What help can you give me.
