Are these made to fit the 5X7 blank Cards?

Hi, Betty. Thanks for the question. The instructions recommend cutting your own cards from card stock to one of the following sizes: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" for postcards or 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" for a regular card (you'll of course end up folding the finished card in half). I hope this helps.
