Hi, Lynne. We haven't had such feedback on these designs before to my knowledge.
Cactus Punch no longer exists, so I can't get in touch with them about these designs. If possible, I'd recommend trying another embroidery format to see if you get better results.

I purchased this product many years ago. Just recently I decided to use it. The embroidery starts out OK but then begins to work out of the design. Any ideas as to why
