I purchased this pack today. I tried to download it on my machine. It said it would work on a 4x4 frame, but it will not download. says the PES file is to big. Please help?

I see these designs (if you click on one individually, it shows the milimeter measurement) are just a touch over 100 milimeters, which is the most accurate limit of the 4x4" hoop. So your machine won't read them at this size, but they could be resized by a milimeter and then work. I'd use Embrilliance software for that job.
