No options to download?
If your order is not available for download yet, the only reason you'd be restricted from downloading them is if payment was not received (e.g. your credit card declined). To view the owed amount and make a payment, please click on your name and then on Account Options. From here, you can make a payment by clicking Make Payment on Account. As soon as the designs are paid for, you will be able to download your designs.

If you have any questions or concerns about your credit card, feel free to email us at [email protected]. Make sure that you provide your name, email address, and phone number, or call us at (435) 755-0486 Monday thru Friday, 9:00-5:00 Mountain Standard Time.

I am trying to open the downloads I purchased on my desktop (MAC) and when I open the download it is a completely different design I purchased a long time ago from another vendor. Have tried several times to redownload and the file doesn't appear in my embrilliance list. How do I add it?

Hi Elsa,

To get designs to show up in Embrilliance, you basically need to download them and then use Embrilliance to open them. That usually means you need to know the location on your computer to which they were downloaded. I am not sure what the default downloading location on a Mac may be, but I can email your most recently purchased design to you. Perhaps that would be useful.

Hi, Diana. Thanks for the question. To start, my coworker, Leah, gave you some directions on downloading designs from Embroidery.com, if you ordered designs from us:

https://www.embroidery.com/help-open-embroidery-file.ec

If you purchased from a different source, please contact the company you ordered for download instructions.

Once you have your design(s) downloaded, you can now open them in Embrilliance, as follows:

1) Open Embrilliance on your device.
2) Choose File > Open.
3) In the "Look In" box, select the location your files saved to (usually "Downloads").
4) Locate the design you are wanting to open and double click on it to open.

I hope this is helpful.

Hi Kris,
In addition to the software that Heather mentioned, if you are just wanting to open a design and maybe print it or change the colors or something like that, I suggest Embroidery Tool Shed. It's free and has those functions built in.
https://www.embroidery.com/EmbroideryToolShed.ec

And last, you may not need software, if you just want to get the designs to your machine and view them there. Many machines now accept USB sticks, so you could move the files from your computer to the USB stick, and take that to your embroidery machine, and there you would be able to view the designs.

If you are opening an machine embroidery design, you would want to select your embroidery software to open the downloads. If you don't have embroidery software, we can recommend Embrilliance Essentials to you:

Hi, Shirleen. Those free designs are not available through Embroidery.com to my knowledge. I'd recommend contacting Brother for further information:

I'm sorry to hear of your trouble, Patrica. Try using the step-by-step instructions I'm including below. (Note that if you're on a Mac, I recommend downloading using the second set of instructions, rather than the first set of instructions: meaning, you will get individual downloads instead of downloading the files all at once.)

If you need additional assistance, feel free to call us and we can help you troubleshoot. (435) 755-0486.

I have Windows 10 Judy, and it works for me. If, in following Heather's steps, something doesn't go right, let me know. I can see if there's a difference for Windows 10 that's not apparent.

One thing that still frequently trips me up is the "place order" button at the end. The order isn't finished until you click that. Maybe that is what happened to you.

Heather B.

Hi Sharon. You did not place that order with us. Please re-check who your order was through and contact the appropriate company.

Sincerely,

~Heather
