Hi Debra! Thanks for your question. Puffy foam is pretty easy to use, and also fun! On this design, the color stop list indicates the puffy stops with the word "puffy" before the color description. So here's what you would do: Stitch the clown's face and then just before the last stop (red), place red puffy foam right over the clown face. Then with red thread, continue stitching. The nose, mouth and hair are all designed for puffy foam. Once the stitching on them is complete, the foam is all perforated, so you can just gently tear it away. Et voila!

Hello,
I am interested in purchasing this puff foam clown embroidery design. I have not done puff foam yet. My question is does the design specify when to use the foam while stitching? It doesn’t seem to have a high stitch count.
I thank you very much for your assistance. You’re the best. Truly
