Help!

I don't know if I did something wrong but when I embroidered out the Logan Temple - small out line it was much bigger then the 2.31" x 2.90". I have a Brother Inniv-is NQ3500D. I copied the PES file to my thumb drive and loaded it onto my machine. I even tried to minimize the design on my machine but I couldn't get it to go much smaller. I can't tell you for sure how big it is because I am not with it right now but it seems like it was about 5 x 7 It did fit in my smaller hoop. Please tell me what I did wrong or what else I can try.

Thanks,

Jackie C.
