Hi, Myrtle. The project is both dowloadable and shipped on a CD that comes with your GlitterFlex. The price includes both the designs and the GlitterFlex. Be sure to purchase item PJ1081-combo to get it with the GlitterFlex:

There was not enough of the Rainbow Glitter Flex Ultra to do the leaves on the front panel.

We included 6 colors of GlitterFlex each 9.5” x 6” with the Bloomin Tote Design Pack. That is enough to accent the flowers with GlitterFlex. I don't think there would be enough to complete each flower and leaf in GlitterFlex on the front and back of this bag.
