I'm glad you reached out about the problem. There are two main reasons this error comes up for people:

1. The box was not connected to the computer while being installed.

2. Temporary disabling Driver Signature enforcement was not properly completed.

I don't have personal experience with this, but I suspect if #1 is the issue, you would fix by uninstalling the sofware, then connecting the box to the computer and re-installing. The full installation instructions on the Downloads page.

It's not listed by Vikant as working PE750. Does the 750 use a card? I see on Brother's web site that it has a USB port for transferring designs, in which case you wouldn't need a card for it.

Hi, Patricia. Thanks for the question. The Ultimate Box will NOT work with the Designer I. It WILL work with the White w3300. We'd recommend the Ultimate Box Plus with a Ultimate Card Type II for use with the w3300.

Hi, Marina. Yes, the Ultimate Box will work with a Brother 180d. It does work with some other manufacturer's blank cards but we can't guarantee it will work with all brands of blank cards.

Hi, Marina. If you are in Europe, I would not recommend the Ultimate Box/Card system due to the differences in electricity. For that reason, we do not ship the Ultimate Box or Card to Europe. If you are in the US or Canada, please let me know and I can give you a recommendation.

Hi, Donna. I'm not sure on the comparability, but the Ultimate Card Type III is recommended for older Pfaff 7570 machines.
