I'm glad you reached out about the problem. There are two main reasons this error comes up for people:
1. The box was not connected to the computer while being installed.
2. Temporary disabling Driver Signature enforcement was not properly completed.
I don't have personal experience with this, but I suspect if #1 is the issue, you would fix by uninstalling the sofware, then connecting the box to the computer and re-installing. The full installation instructions on the Downloads page.

I cannot seem to use my Ultimate box basic.(upgraded to plus) It tells me :code execution cannot proceed because FTD2XX.dll was not found. How can I fix this?
