This lesson is another easy project to do and fun as well.  I am lucky to have a Scan n Cut so I used the fcm files that come with the designs to cut out my applique pieces.  I am also very fortunate to have the Echidna Hooping Station Lindee mentions in the lesson.   I purchased it about 6 years ago and find that it makes hooping so much easier.  Finally, using a 30 wt thread and  a built-in decorative stitch which I widened and lengthened a bit, I added a little border to my towel band.
