Thank you for reaching out to Embroidery.com. The best way to access your previously purchased designs again is to try the following.
- Login to your Embroidery.com account
- Click, "Hello Sandy" in the upper right hand corner
- Click, "My Designs" in the drop down menu.
- On this page you should be able to see all of your previously purchased designs.
I hope this helps. If you need help redownloading your designs so that they can be accessed by your machine, please feel free to let me know, and we will be sure to get you taken care of. Alternatively, if you are missing receipts/order confirmation summaries and need those for your records once again, let us know and we will make sure that they are resent to you. i just got this machine last spring but i have had other embroidery machines in the past...this one is the first new one that i have purchased..now in the past i have bought embroidery patterns here but i have lost all records of my purchases .i would be very thankful if you could find records of my past purchases ...my email is lower case [email protected]...
