This is my machine and I didn't know it read dst files :) Learn something new everyday.
When I got my HE-240 the pes file only v.4 and they are all up to version 9 (or even 10). Can my he-240 read v.9 or must I use all the earlier versions. I have not tried any v.9 so far. most of my designs are v.4 and some v.6
