Thanks for reaching out with your question. What embroidery software were you using to digitize the design? I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the software to see if they have any recommendations.

the only format for this machine is jef you need to read the manual !

got a question. I digitized a design, but when I looked at the result, I see there are missing stitches. Can I add in stitches where needed to complete this design?
