Am I not allowed to download my purchased designs anymore? Ive spent a lot of money for these designs and I should be able to download .

Hi, Kathryn. Except in rare instances, you are still allowed to download your previously purchased designs. These designs are not one of those rare situations.

However, I can't find a record of a purchase of "Anita's Lace, Home Decor (AGD002)" for you in your account and can think of two reasons that might be:

1) You purchased these designs from a different company.

2) You have more than one Embroidery.com account.

Please consider both of these options. If you purchased from another company, please contact them directly. For instance, you may have purchased them directly from Anita Goodesign. (https://www.anitagoodesign.com/).

Once you've considered that, if you think you have another Embroidery.com account, please email me at [email protected] with any login information you can remember such as an older email address.
