Hello Harriet, This may be a machine function. Some machines stop for every different color no matter what. Some machines stop for each programmed color step even if the colors are the same. Some machines need to be watched and stopped manually or else programmed to stop. What type of machine do you have?

I am unable to find the production sheet for this design. Order #1171380. I'm having difficulty downloading designs because I have a new browser which stinks for downloading (crome). I'm not computer savvy enough to figure these things out. New technology and changes have me scratching my head. I would appreciate your help. Thanks
Kirsten S.
Hi Louise, I'll be glad to send these to you by email, if that would be helpful. I had issues figuring out my Chrome downloads at first, too -- I sympathize with you.
If you feel like trying to make your Chrome download settings more user-friendly, here is my quick guide.
1. At the top of your Chrome browser in the upper right corner, below the X are three vertical dots. Click the dots.
2. This brings up a list. Read down the list until you find "Settings". Click on the word "settings"
3. This will bring you a list on the left side of your window. Read this list and look for "Downloads". Click on "Downloads"
This brings up a place to change your download settings. Here's a picture of what my settings look like (what works for me when downloading).

I bought this design some time ago. I stitched it out last Christmas and sent it to my nephew in MI. It is so beautiful! However, I can not find it in the files on my computer. I checked my history here and it is not listed. Is there another place I may have purchased it?
Heather B.
Hi, Ann. I can't find a record of a purchase for you for this item in your Embroidery.com account. If you've changed email addresses recently, please email me your old email address and I can look further. Otherwise, you may have bought it directly from ArtEmbroidery on their Etsy page:

I have been trying to buy the gunold thread for this design and cannot find anyone who carries it. I called the company but you have to have a resale certificate which I do not have to buy the thread. They told me sulky was the same however I cannot find the colors in sulky. They cannot tell me where I can purchase the thread. Very frustrating as I love the colors. Can you help
Heather B.
Hi, Susan. I'm sorry for your trouble. It looks like Gunold thread is getting a little harder to find but I did I find some listed on Amazon as well as on Etsy. Here's the Etsy link:
https://www.etsy.com/market/gunold
I hope this helps.

Where is the color chart and directions?
Eila I.
Heather B.
Hi, Eila. I think you mean thread CHART rather than cart. A thread chart is a list of the threads recommended for use in a design. We have thread charts (called "Production Sheets" on our site) available from our download page upon purchase.

Hi, Sandra. The color chart is printable from the My Designs page upon purchase. Here are the instructions:
Instructions:
For stitching FSL designs you, need will need water-soluble stabilizer. (I've found the ones that look like fabric to be the best, not the transparent/film style stabilizers). For best results, use 2 layers of stabilizer and hoop them very tight.
Stitch it as a regular design. If lace is to be seen from both sides, use matching bobbin thread. After stitching, remove embroidery from hoop. Cut excess stabilizer all around the embroidery. Wash embroidery in warm water. Let dry and then iron (if necessary).

I down loaded the design, but the information said no production sheet or color stops were available for the design, I was sent the color stop sheet, but when you stitch the design it makes no stops it stitches the entire design without stopping how do I go about getting stops to apply to the design?
