Hi, I see it said 5.89 x 9.44, is that a hoop size? I have a 7 x11 and smaller hoop size wanted to make sure. also is this done completely in hoop or is there a additional sewing need done after machine embroidery? Thank you

Hi, Starla. Yes, this project will fit a 7x11 hoop. The "welcome" sign is done entirely in the hoop. Thanks for the questions.
