Hello, the ad above states free shipping on all US orders, however, when I go to check out, my only shipping options are first class and priority mail, no free shipping option. I removed the book from my cart, logged out and logged back in and added book back to my cart, and still got no free shipping option. I did this 3 times. Can you confirm if there is free shipping on not on US orders, please? I am in Tennessee. Thanks, Bev
