Return Policy - Hand Embroidery

Due to copyright and the fragile nature of hand embroidery items, purchases of all hand embroidery patterns are final. No refunds will be given on hand embroidery patterns.

Specialty cuts of fabric (linen / Aida) are not refundable.

Hand embroidery floss may be returned if the floss has not been used in any way and is still in its original packaging.

Hand embroidery kits can only be returned if they have not been opened and are in the original packaging.

EZ Stitch Scroll Frame Products can be returned within 30 days from the ship date.
