I just bought the 26" heavy duty scroll rods but my knobs are too big, they simply keep turning allowing no tension. I believe my knobs are a 3/4" diameter but the 26" rods only come in 5/8". Will these knobs work or will I have to buy a whole new frame? Thank you so much!
What knobs do you currently have? All of the knobs we carry should work no matter what size of rod you have. Are they just not catching on the hagerbolt coming out of the rod? If that is the case the hangerbolt could be screwed into the rods a bit to far. Use some pillars and do one turn around and see if they will capture onto the screw.
