Hey, my computer died and I am trying to download my files again to this new computer. However I cannot find where to get it done. I do have my serial number handy.

Oh no! I am sorry to hear that your computer died. As for this design, I'm not seeing an order on our website for this product under your account. That means that you probably purchased it directly through DIME or one of their other dealers. Either way, if you contact DIME directly then they should be able to help you. i bought this and i have a serial # but I don't know where to go to download the files. Please help. I thought it would be a digital download when I purchased it, or a CD. I got a card with pictures and numbers, but no instructions.

Hi Debra, Dime delivers most of its software items by download now. Check your email for a message with the subject: "Downloads for Order DZSP-" and that email should have a download link in it.
