Hi, Ayiesha. Thanks for the question. You can do the following to send designs to your machine that are downloaded, or on a CD, etc

1) Make sure you have your flash drive plugged into your computer.
2) Locate the first design you want to send over to your flash drive.
3) Right click on it.
4) Left click on "Send To".
5) Left click on your flash drive.
6) Within a few seconds, it will be transferred to your flash drive.
7) Repeat for any additional designs.
