What Can I Do if I Can't Hoop My Item?
There is a hoop for every task.
Hoops of different sizes and different types can help you rescue difficult projects and make something beautiful. Maybe you were wondering if magnetic hoops are worth it, or if sticky hoops are the solution for you. Eileen and Joanne discuss the options, using a denim jacket as an example.
You can also do off-site embroidery -- Use netting, or tulle and/or washable stabilizer to create freestanding pieces, and stitch them on later. Use monofilament or thread to to match a prominent color in the design to attach the embroidery. Washable fabric glue can be very helpful for spots when pinning is tricky.
