Hi Melvina,

I am so excited to hear that you are ready to start stitching with your designs! Here is a video that will help you to download your design files. As you follow along, make sure to download either the .hus or .vp3 files as those will be compatible with your machine. After you have downloaded your files, You can insert your USB stick into your computer, and and move the files from your computer to the USB stick. Once you transfer the USB stick to your machine, you should be good to go! I hope this was helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions.
