Hi Marietta,
It sounds like you must have the Snap Hoop GM3 8" x 12". The compatibility chart says it's supposed to be compatible to your machine. Due to how it's supposed to be compatible I would recommend that you contact DIME, since they do the troubleshooting. You can contact them at 888-739-0555 or [email protected]. Thanks. How do I get the needle to drop so I can see if it is aligning with the end-to-end embroidery design at the start point of the next pattern repeat?

On this machine, there is a handwheel in the back. Rotate that to move the needle up and down. Use a counterclockwise turn.

The magnetic hoop 8x12 fits in the PR620 but the machine doesn't recognize the larger stitch area. How do I get it to size for this larger hoop?
