Do you have the manual for the machine? That may be helpful. Here is a link to the manual online, which shows the needle threading process:

It does appear that you need to use the touch screen in order to operate the needle threader.

I am just beginning to begin (lol) I am very interested in learning to sew and embroider, I am having trouble getting set up. I have threaded the upper threader now I'm ready to do the auto needle threader and the monitor prompts me to go to the embroidering screen to use the needle threader..
I am struggling to figure this out, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
