Hi Jodie,

I can't tell if there is bobbin thread in this picture or not. It appears to be pulling the top thread down, which is usually a thread path problem of some kind. I suggest checking the slit where the hook moves up and down on the top of the machine. This sometimes has thread stuck in it from previous problems. If you can get in there with tweezers and remove the thread, it will help.

My other thought is to switch out the bobbin.
