I received a message from Darin Andersen, Embroidery.com. He said customers like the Monster Hoop much better because it is stronger and makes it useful for more things. He suggested that I get this instead of the snap Hoop and it is only $10.00 more. He sent me a list of the Monster Hoops for my machine I would like to change to the Monster Hoop 11 3/4 X 7 3/4 and pay the difference since I had to send back the Snap Hoop anyway. Think I could do that

I ordered a Snap-Hoop for Quick Snap a few weeks ago. I have a Brother PR1000e the adapter fit the machine and hoop snapped in OK. I cannot embroidery because the machine does not recognize the hoop. The error reads change to a larger hoop. The frame is 11 3/4 X 7 3/4 and the embroidery is only 6 X 5. I have talked to Brother and various technitions that is why it has taken so long. According to the box I was not sent the correct hoop for my machine it is for series 600 machines. How do I return this hoop and get the correct one? I would greatly appreciate in getting this fixed. I have the box and everything that came with it except the packing paper.
It would help me a great deal if we could fix this soon, I have Towel sets for new college students who will leave in two weeks. Thanks in advance for your help.

My cap driver on the PR1000e does not center properly....how can this be addressed?
