Hi Leslie,

If you have a Deco card writing box, and the software all set up, then you're all set. If you don't, as Leah said, that box has been discontinued. However the Ultimate Box and Ultimate Card 1 would be an option.
To get designs from your pc to the deco 330, you will need to put a card in your card writing box, then open the card writing software and locate the design on your computer (here I can't guide you without knowing where you save your downloaded files -- I suspect, you'll find them in the "downloads" folder) and follow the procedure for writing the card:

Then you'll take the card from the writer box, and insert it into your machine. Use the machine's menu to locate the card and the design on it for stitching.

Hi Leslie,

Unfortunately, you need a magic box and a blue #2 embroidery card to get designs onto your Deco 330, and these products have been discontinued by their manufacturer. While you may be able to find them on E-bay, your computer will likely not accept the activation code. I apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. Please let me know if you have any questions, and have a great day.
