Ornaments to be stitched on heavy aqua film. I prefer to float a layer of tear away, right before I stitch the satin outline, to give a bit more stablility to the edges. After stitching, remove all tear away, wet the snowflake to remove aqua film, and lay flat to dry.
If you wish, decorate with crystals, ribbons, glitter... what ever inspires you! I used Aileen's fabric glue (available from most craft stores) to secure any crystals. You can also spray with opalescent spray to add lovely shimmer.
You can hang the finished ornaments on Christmas trees, garlands, in windows, etc. Also great to tie on a gift or slip into Christmas cards!
