If you sew all but the last color change (the pole) on nylon organza (2 layers, no backing needed) and then cut out, you can make a pin (or use Stick it Over & Over) to wear on anything. And do watch for the message in the underlay ("GOD BLESS USA"). This is a low stitch count design so it will sew up quickly. You could sew a number of them in one hooping of organza and give to your friends and families.
