I cant help loving all of the "jersey shore" memories...We have a beach house in Margate nj and it is very dear to us as it was passed down from my parents... My husband is a pilot and he always dreamed of spending his retirement flying the "banner" planes over the beach. That may not ever happen but we can dream, imaging and hope. At any rate that beach is our happy place still and we watch those planes each time we are there...to keep those hopes alive.

I really like these Life is a Beach. My daughter lives in a town called Ship Bottom on Long Beach Island New Jersey. She has her granddaughter living with her which is my great granddaughter and she is only 4 years old and she is being raised on the beach. Every year I make her a quilt and Frozen was the last one I made and so I thought Life is a Beach would be a great one for her being it is her life growing up. Ellen where on the shore did you use to go
