Just Be-Cause

Here it is, the onset of a new year, and time for those pesky New Year's resolutions! But consider this--instead of resolutions, how about a Cause? Not only will you avoid the guilt of breaking the resolutions, but you'll also be doing something positive for yourself and others! Introducing...Just Be-Cause!

This new, totally-in-the-hoop pack, designed for the 6x10 hoop, consists of 5 styles of awareness ribbons (finished size 12 1/2" tall) and 5 self-centering sayings (and a set of paws!) to get you started on displaying your cause. The sayings and styles can be interchanged to achieve the look you want, or you can use your own wording or no wording instead. Each ribbon features front and back fabric, firm fusible interfacing, and dense fleece batting, and a variety of background stitches--stippling, swirls, checks, diamond quilting, or plain, as well as a digitized eyelet for hanging.

The included sayings are: "Find the Cure", "Believe", "Animal Rescue", "Survivor", and "Support Our Troops". Also included is a small ribbon for the 4x4 hoop (finished size 3 1/2" tall), perfect as a bookmark or pin or key fob. To find the color of fabric to use for your cause, I found it helpful to use a search engine for "awareness ribbons colors", and you'll be amazed at all the causes there are--much more fulfilling than giving up your morning latte stop!
