Whimsical Christmas Stockings
Who doesn't love a Christmas stocking filled with goodies? These stockings also make wonderful gifts in themselves. For this project, embroider your favorite designs from Anita Goodesign's Christmas Whimsy pack on handmade stockings.
1:
You will need a pattern for handmade stockings for this project. Mark the pattern on the fabric.
2:
Embroider the designs on the stockings. In our example, the designs Cartoon Reindeer Dog (HDWC11), Cartoon Tree Trimming Bears (HDWC7), Cartoon Angel Cat (HDWC16), and Funky Fairy Angel (HDWC21) were used.
3:
After embroidery, cut out and assemble the stocking pieces.
4:
Add fringe, tassels, ribbons, or any fun embellishments.
5:
Hang the stockings up and wait for Santa Claus!
