Today, Eileen offers free puffy foam with the puffy foam fonts! She also demonstrates how to use puffy foam to really give your lettering some pop!
First, she showed the door designs people have been working on.

Then at five minutes into the video, she showed us the puffy foam lettering:
the fonts she showed us were the Kaufmann font, the Tiffany font, Greek, Chaotic, Varsity.

Eileen suggested using a special heat gun for removing the little bits of puffy foam from your embroidery. She showed a Drill Master heat gun.

Using fonts with Embroidery Tool Shed
Lastly, Eileen shows you how to use the free Embroidery Tool Shed to change the shape of the lettering you createm, using the envelope feature:
By the way, which needle do you use? Foam doesn't care about the needle. Just suit your needle to your fabric. As far as stabilizer goes, Eileen suggestes a heavy cutaway, to really handle the heavy dense stitches of puffy foam designs.
